McMinn County Schools

The Museum holds a collection of sports equipment and memorabilia from local schools in McMinn County. These items have been donated by individuals in the community who attended McMinn County High School, Tennessee Wesleyan University, and J.L. Cook High School among others. From sports uniforms and trophies to newspaper articles and team photographs, this exhibit is a must for all local sports enthusiasts.

Forest Hill Academy, which was first built in 1824, is the oldest known school in the area.
